Aloha from Washington D.C.’s J27 Peace Protest!

On January 27the, Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) joined other student groups and anti-war organizations from around the country to converge at the National Mall to demand that congress live up to it’s mandate and end the War in Iraq.

SDS joined the Campus Anti-War Network (CAN) to form a student and youth contingent. Later in the day SDS broke off from the main protest to march onto the steps of the U.S. capitol (check out the video that’s posted in the comments).
